Stand straight against a wall with your heels and the back of your head touching it. Place a book on your head, mark the point on the wall, and measure the distance from the mark to the floor.

Measure the bust at the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape horizontal across the bust points. The tape should be at shoulder blade level and fit snugly around the body without being too tight.

Measure your waist at the narrowest point, usually a few centimeters above the navel. The tape should be placed horizontally and fit snugly around the body.
